Strokes of Red

Last year I wrote about Linda Hemmersbach and her Victorian Mourning Jewellery Collection. Since then, she has been deeply engrossed in an MA at Wimbledon, studying Fine Art and developing her paintings. Much of her documentation and musings take place at “Collector of Echoes” where you can observe her work in progress. With a recent focus on the tones of RED, she has painted a beautifully fluid scene of approaching children. I’m incredibly taken by the ease with which she triggers movement in her images.
